"I do love exercise, but I hate running, so whilst I could run a 5k, I was never getting any quicker or even wanted to.  I am so happy to say that I took just over 2 minutes off my 5k time as a result of following the 'ReBoost My Run' program and I feel certain it would have been more had it not been for Xmas!  I was also thrilled to get back up to running a slow 10k. I have maintained that 10k more confidently twice a week, and a 5k once a week, since.  


Not only do I really appreciate what my body can do and what running gives me that other exercise cannot, but I have a newfound respect for the complimentary strength, core and stretch/mobility exercise that keeps you injury free.


This has been a wonderful focus for me - with a clear plan, positive encouragement, accountability and suitable goals.  The end result is a sense of achievement that I really needed and I am still running.. I might even say I am enjoying it!"
