"I have been training for about 10 years and it’s always been an integral part of who I am. I lost my way a bit when I got pregnant and after a difficult birth I struggled to get back into it. I had a tough time coming to terms with what pregnancy had done to my body and I was searching for something to bring me back to who I was. Jules is the one that did that for me.
She is the most incredible trainer/teacher. She is motivating, encouraging, empathetic and brilliant at explaining. Because of her expert knowledge she explains each exercise so carefully it ensures you are doing it all correctly and feeling it in the places you need to.
As if this wasn’t enough, she is able to carefully modify every single exercise she shows you or introduces you to, to fit with your body and ability. Even after training for so long, she has also introduced me to so many new ways of training and new exercises.
I really can’t recommend Jules enough - her energy, zest for life and love and passion for exercise will motivate anyone!
After just a few weeks of training I had lost weight, toned up and started to feel like the ‘pre pregnancy’ me again.
