REBOOST five to 10k - 12 week course
121 training to help continue your running journey and you increase your distance from 5km to 10km.
​
This 12 week course will not only increase your distance in a safe and gradual way, but will introduce you to running at different paces, whilst focussing on proper technique in order to achieve this whilst minimising the risk of injury.
​
Courses are held on Clapham Common, South West London (coming soon online)
