REBOOST five to 10k - 12 week course
Individual and Group training to help continue your running journey and you increase your distance from 5km to 10km.
This 12 week course will not only increase your distance in a safe and gradual way, but will introduce you to running at different paces, whilst focussing on proper technique in order to achieve this whilst minimising the risk of injury.
Courses are held on Clapham Common, South West London (coming soon online)
