Meet Jules
I’m a UK Athletics Coach, PT, Pre/Post Natal Exercise and Nutrition Specialist and Menopause Fitness Expert… and a woman who’s been running for over three decades and lived through the absolute plot twist that is peri-menopause.
I’ve raced everything from 5K to ultras, but nothing prepared me for how much my running changed in my late 40s and early 50s. The fatigue that didn’t make sense. The disappearing motivation. The niggles that appeared out of nowhere and the stress fractures that led to being diagnosed with Osteopenia. I knew that my body was suddenly playing by a different rulebook and needed a different, menopause-informed approach if I wanted to keep progressing and seeing results.

RunningRewire exists to help peri and post-menopausal women rewrite the way they train. Not by slowing down. Not by shrinking back. But by understanding what your changing body actually needs so you can keep progressing and enjoying running for years to come.

I coach real women with real lives. Whether we work together in person or remotely, I take time to understand your world, your goals, and how menopause is showing up for you. Then I build personalised running and strength training for menopausal athletes that fits your lifestyle, your energy, and your recovery needs.
There is no one-size-fits-all plan for peri or post-menopausal runners. Your hormones, stress levels and recovery window all influence performance. Generic training plans and apps can’t adapt to that. A specialist menopause running coach can, and that’s me!

Personal run coaching delivered and adapted weekly via mobile app.
