It’s an awesome feeling and incredible achievement when you smash a PB but we all know it takes a lot of hard work to get there! One of the best ways to succeed is to have a structured plan in order to progress in an effective way and have a better chance of reaching your goals.
Choose a course to help you achieve your 5k or 10k PB!
You will not only have a running plan that will include different types of training sessions but you'll also have a exercise program to follow. The plans are carefully structured to ensure that you don’t do too much too soon, therefore minimising the risk of injury. The workouts can be at home with minimal equipment and include strength training, balance and proprioception work and stretch & mobility workouts. All of this combined can help make you much faster than running alone!
