RESTART zero to 5k - 10 week course

121 training designed to take you from zero to 5k in safe and effective way.

 

Why is it called RESTART?  Well, I believe that nobody is truly a beginner when it comes to running, we've all run at some point in our lives even if it was when we were a young kid!  

This course is for you if you don't currently run but would like to, if you are returning to running postpartum or if you are returning to running post injury and need to start from scratch.

You've probably heard of the Couch to 5k program, so what makes this course different from most other C25k?  

 Running with a coach (once per week) means that you will be guided through the session, leaving you to enjoy it more rather than watching the clock.  It also means that you will learn about good running technique as well as how to do an all important warm up and cool down (vital to keep injuries at bay), not to mention being more motivated to complete the sessions! 

This course offers further advice on injury prevention by including some simple strength exercises that you can easliy do at home as well as advice on how to recover properly post run.

Your training plan will be delivered via a mobile app making it easy to see what's scheduled each day and you will have access to me, your coach, 7 days a week should you have any queries or concerns.
