Meet Jules

I'm a certified Coach in Running Fitness (UK Athletics CiRF),

Running Technique Coach (The Running School), 

qualified Personal Trainer (Active IQ) and a Pre/Post natal Exercise & Nutrition Specialist (Active IQ).   

I've been running for over 25 years and have experience in race distances from 5km to marathon and I'm now training for my first 100km Ultra marathon and first 100 mile cycle event!  


In 2020 I was asked to be Running Mayor of Clapham, an ambassador role for the Runsome campaign to encourage those in our communities to run more and use their cars less.  

In May of 2021 I was also invited to become an ambassador for the National Running Show and it's a privilege and with great honour that I share my love of the sport with others.

To me, anyone who runs is a runner, no matter how fast or far you do it! So whether you're new to running or a seasoned pro, I'm here to help you train effectively and run smarter. Running is more than just putting one foot in front of the other and hoping for the best.  It's about a much bigger picture.  I can't wait to be there throughout your journey, to enable you to encompass all areas of your running and fitness; your lifestyle habits, mental wellbeing, nutrition, technique and strength training, injury prevention and recovery.

The 'Rewire My Run' running technique course was absolutely fantastic.  
With all this help, I am very confident I will complete my half marathon in April.  
To anyone looking to improve their technique and avoid injuries, I would highly recommend this course.
