RunningRewire Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all coaching services and memberships provided by RunningRewire (“Coach”, “we”, “us”) operated by Jules Scudder, and all clients or members (“Client”, “you”).

 

By purchasing coaching or joining INSIDE Rewire, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

 

1. Coaching Services

RunningRewire provides running coaching and related support services, including but not limited to:

  • personalised running plans

  • strength recommendations or sessions (depending on package)

  • accountability and support

  • coaching communication and feedback

  • race preparation and performance guidance

 

Coaching is delivered remotely via platforms including Final Surge, WhatsApp, email and/or other agreed communication methods.

 

2. Coaching Packages & Memberships

Coaching packages and included services may vary.

The level of support, communication, calls and strength programming included will depend on the package selected.

 

INSIDE Rewire is a membership community and educational platform and does not include individual 1:1 coaching unless specifically stated.

 

Current package and membership details are outlined at the point of sign-up.

 

3. Payments

1:1 Coaching

Payments are made monthly via:

  • Stripe subscription
    or

  • bank transfer

Payment is taken on the date coaching commences and then on the same date each month thereafter.

 

INSIDE Rewire Membership

Membership payments are made via Stripe subscription and renew automatically monthly or annually from the date membership begins.

 

Failed or Late Payments

If payment fails or remains unpaid:

  • a reminder will be sent

  • a short grace period may be provided

  • coaching support, membership access and/or plan updates may be paused until payment is received

 

If payment remains outstanding for more than 30 days, RunningRewire reserves the right to end coaching, cancel membership access and release the coaching space.

 

4. Minimum Commitment

1:1 coaching requires a minimum commitment of 3 months.

Following the initial 3-month period, coaching continues on a rolling monthly basis unless cancelled with one month’s notice.

The minimum commitment exists to allow sufficient time for consistent coaching support, adaptation and progression.

 

5. Pausing 1:1 Coaching

Coaching may be paused due to circumstances including:

  • injury

  • illness

  • pregnancy

  • financial difficulty

  • significant life circumstances

 

Pauses are agreed on a case-by-case basis.

Maximum pause duration is typically 3 months.

Paused time does not count towards the initial 3-month commitment period.

To hold a coaching space during a pause, the next coaching month must be prepaid (or the remaining minimum term if pausing within the first 3 months). This prepaid month(s) will then be used when coaching resumes.

INSIDE Rewire memberships cannot currently be paused.

 

6. Communication & Support

1:1 Coaching

Support is provided via:

  • Final Surge

  • WhatsApp

  • email

 

Messages are typically responded to within 12–24 working hours during weekdays.

Weekend responses are generally only available for Gold and Platinum coaching clients.

 

INSIDE Rewire

Support is provided within the membership platform hosted on Mighty Networks.

INSIDE Rewire does not include guaranteed individual coaching or guaranteed 1:1 support.

 

7. Calls

Calls are included only within selected coaching packages.

Additional calls may occasionally be offered at Jules’ discretion.

 

8. Health & Medical Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

  • monitoring their own health and wellbeing

  • informing RunningRewire of injuries, symptoms or medical concerns

  • seeking appropriate medical advice where necessary

 

RunningRewire does not provide:

  • medical diagnosis

  • physiotherapy

  • rehabilitation services

  • prescribed nutrition plans

  • medical treatment

 

Any guidance provided is educational and coaching-based only and is not a substitute for medical advice.

If concerns arise outside the Coach’s scope of practice, clients may be referred to an appropriate healthcare professional.

 

9. Results Disclaimer

Every client is different and results will vary based on many factors including:

  • consistency

  • training history

  • recovery

  • lifestyle

  • stress

  • sleep

  • nutrition

  • health status

 

RunningRewire cannot guarantee:

  • specific race times

  • weight loss

  • injury prevention

  • performance outcomes

 

10. Refund Policy

1:1 Coaching

Refunds are not provided once coaching has commenced.

This includes onboarding, programme design, training plan creation and ongoing coaching support.

Clients may cancel ongoing 1:1 coaching after the initial 3-month commitment period by giving one month’s notice.

 

INSIDE Rewire Monthly Membership

Monthly INSIDE Rewire membership payments are non-refundable once the membership month has started.

You can cancel your membership at any time before your next billing date to stop future payments.

No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing month.

 

INSIDE Rewire Annual Membership

Annual membership payments are discounted in exchange for a longer commitment period and are generally non-refundable once membership access has commenced.

Exceptional circumstances, such as serious illness or significant life events, may be considered at RunningRewire’s discretion.

No refund is guaranteed, but any request will be reviewed fairly and on a case-by-case basis.

 

11. Intellectual Property

All coaching plans, training materials, downloads, videos, resources and content remain the intellectual property of RunningRewire.

Materials are provided for personal use only and may not be:

  • copied

  • shared

  • distributed

  • reproduced

  • resold

without written permission.

 

12. Client Conduct

RunningRewire reserves the right to end coaching or membership access without refund in cases of:

  • abusive or inappropriate behaviour

  • harassment

  • repeated non-payment

  • dishonesty regarding relevant health information

  • behaviour that negatively impacts the coaching environment or community

 

13. Privacy & Data

Client data is handled in accordance with the RunningRewire Privacy Policy.

By commencing coaching or joining INSIDE Rewire, clients consent to RunningRewire storing and processing relevant personal and health-related information for the purpose of delivering coaching services safely and effectively.

 

14. Changes to Terms

RunningRewire reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions where necessary.

The latest version will always be available on the website.
