"I have completed two courses with RunningRewire and am so glad! 

I have been running regularly for years, but only since training with Julie have I followed a programme!  Not only were both courses really well structured and easy to understand, but they pushed me to improve my technique and to challenge myself.  

My overall fitness has improved, I am running more miles a week than ever and recently I achieved a sub 50 10km, which has been a goal of mine for ages! 

Julie is always on hand to offer advice, tips on technique and to give encouragement when it’s needed.  I would highly recommend working with Julie if you need a running plan, want to train properly for a race and improve your technique."
