Unlike the C25K this program you will get you in to good habits and keep injuries at bay. You will learn and perform an easy home exercise routine to support your running, you will learn how to warm up and cool down effectively and you will feel like part of a community with other runners online who are on the same journey as you. This challenge will gently introduce you to the world of fitness and running. Before you start, you should already be able to comfortably walk for 60 minutes.
